You might want to take up a few Information Technology or Computer Science courses because it's not that easy to explain the internal workings of software and operating systems. Especially operating systems.

It means you load it or setup it on your computer and you can run your program.It will make some changes in your windows registry,adds some files in your hard and finally adds some DLL in your windows root directory.It is all the things go on when you install a program.

When you install software....you are loading a program on your computers hard drive that allows it to perform a function.

its like putting gas in your car you have to have it to go anywhere the device or program you are installing needs the software to go where it is supposed to and perform properly
