it's the inner beauty that counts..but just to make her confident, encourage her to hit the gym and lose unwanted pounds, not only for her looks but mostly for her health..Then, pray that the guy will start to notice her.

talk to her while going walking, or doing some type of exercising.... sports or watever... let her talk her heart out and she'll be working out at the same time
