I'm not sure who Martin is but, I did some research on the Lomo you mentioned and it doesn't appear to be a professional grade camera. It has the basics of a manual camera but doesn't use an interchangheable lense. You can find a review of it below

Now, that's not to say you can't use it in a professional atmosphere. I've seen some real monkeys out in the business using $100 digital cameras and passing themselves off as professionals.
