Steak medium rare, it should be juicy not bloody and have a pink inner lining...Grilled preferably not pan fried.
Chicken and pork should be well done tender and juicy not leather-like.
Fish raw...love sushi. Or well done, tender not dry, if it is being cooked.
And of course all must be flavored to perfection!

I like mine medium, theres nothing worse than a burnt steak (which is what you get if you say well done most of the time!)
I don't like the taste of rare, maybe its cos im a girl!

All depends on what. Chicken is alway cooked through but still juicy. Pork is best with just a shade of pink in the middle. Fish can go a few ways, all the way from raw to blackened. Now steak, well just walk it by the stove...
