Yes, it has carbs. If you're worried about carbs, don't worry too much here, or with anything. Carbs are good for you, and natural ones like pumpkin are great. If you're worried, just stray from sugars and honey.

Both are good for you, each fruit/vegetable has different vitamins. Thus as more variety, as better. Vegetables have generally less sugar than fruits.

yes it does but good carbs and according to the chinese, its a really good food for nourshing your kidneys. its mild and easy to digest. a good food. try it cut up in chunks added to a brothy soup...deeelicous!
