Talk to him. get to know him. Then you can tell him how you feel. It is possible for you to get him, but he might say no.

I doubt your in love wih him, you don't even know him. All you can do is say hi and maybe form a friendship with him first just to be safe that he isn't going to do anything nasty. Maybe you can ask him out, but I don't think that would be a good idea as you don't know him and there's no reason for him to either reject you or accept you.

OMG! That is how I met my husband. I am white and he is mexican. I only dated white men, but he was extremely attractive. I seen him one time and became obsessed. I would go into where he worked every day just to see him. One day he finally noticed me and smiled at me. I gave him my number and when he finally called me he said he had been obsessing me. The best thing you could do, to make him notice you is to approach him and ask him out. The worst thing he could say is, he isn't available. Chances are he will be flattered that you asked him. And I guarantee he will remember you always! Men and their Ego's!
