I swear by this website when I'm planning a trip to a new area. Go to this website and go through the different wine regions - it will probably be the fastest way to find the answer to your question:

Do you really mean vineyards - the field where grapes are grown?

Or do you mean wineries, where the wine is made and who sell their wine under their name. Wineries such as the famous 'Ridge' name the vineyards theyuse on their labels, e.g. Ridge 'Monet Bello' vineyard.

If you mean wineries try using this search tool http://www.stratsplace.com/wineryus.html

Try the Yahoo Yellow pages for Napa, Sonoma, Mendocino and even Lodi. That should be a start.
