I really like her, she is innocent, cute, beautifull, we don't know each other that well, I'm thinking on making a move on her but I'm afraid of what people might think or say when i do.

Only if you want to 15-20 in the slammer for indecent liberties with a minor, statatory rape, and you don't even have to be sleeping with her to get nailed for that. Oh and if her daddy don't approve you might not even make it to the slammer before her daddy gets a hold of you!! My question to you is..what does a 22 yr old guy see in a 16 yr old girl?

Bad idea, if you go out with her, you might end up in jail or something. If you don't really know her, she could report you to the police for creeping her out when you ask her. It would be best if you stay away from her and find someone your own age or at least someone is legal age.

I wouldn't care what others think. I would care about being cuffed and hauled off to jail, though. You sure there isn't one innocent, cute, beautiful chicks out there that are 18 or older? Gee. That's pushing it isn't it? Anyway, not that you and that chick couldn't work it out, its just relationships are work enough you don't need the law in the mix. Trouble.

In most countries it's legal (I know this is definitely the case in Australia and for Australian citizens in foreign countries).

The only really issue I can anticipate is whether you can relate to each other. Your levels of maturity may be very different.

It's a risky move if you do. You are a legal adult. If her parents or her for that matter don't like you or in her case gets mad at you. She can say you raped me and you are off to jail. So be careful It's you life have fun and be smart.

You're not so afraid that you're not going to do it anyway; try to imagine yourself as her older brother ... now how do you feel towards her?
