Firstly, i'd like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to answer this question.
I love Islam because it is the only religion that makes sense. And the beauty of it, is beyond words. for example:
Islam Believes that Jesus, like the other prophets came with the same message of Worshiping the Creator alone. If you look in a red lettered bible (which highlights everything that Jesus PBUH is said to have said) never once did he tell people to worship him. on the contrary, he said to "Worship thy father alone" i.e. Worship God Alone.
Secondly, with reguards to Islam.
If you believe
1. that there is no object worthy of worship but Allah (God)
2. you believe in the angles
3. Heaven and hell
4. The Books that came before (the Old testament, Gospels, Quran)
5. you believe in the all the Prophets of God starting from Adam, including Moses, Jesus, Abraham, Noah, and Muhammad peace be upon all of them)
and finally
6. Divine decree.
than welcome to Islam.
Finally, if you do not wish to listen to anything i've said, at least do one thing which you have nothing to lose.
Seek guidance from God himself to guide you on the strait path, and see where it leads you.
I Swear by Allah, that if you Sincerely and whole-heartedly ask Him for Guidance to the truth. He will lead you to it.
you have nothing you lose.
I ask God to guide you all to the truth. ameen.

1 John 5:7
For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one...
1 John 5:8
And there are three that bear witness in earth the spirit, and the water, and the blood: and these three agree in one.
If you really want to know and study this you will see they are all One God...

I have always approached organized religion from this view point:
Thousands of years ago, most of the civilized world worshipped "Gods" like Ra, or Thor, or some other mythological being. Today, we look back on that and laugh, thinking, "How could they have been so stupid to believe in _____?" I imagine that a few thousand years from now, people will believe in "Multhazar from Alpha Centauri" (or some other version), and laugh at us. Organized religion is a control mechanism for the masses - providing a support mechanism for those too weak to provide their own. It has always been cylical and if you pay attention to the history of many of today's religions, you will see that their core beliefs and philosophies continually change to suit the present "mood" of society. The Catholic Church is a great example - Catholicism today is nothing like how it was in the beginning - and is not alone...

Good question. We just covered a similar topic in our service today. What it really boils down to is faith. You have science and you have religion. Both have there faults and there facts. They have clashed for thousands of years. Take the virgin birth of Christ for instance. Science will tell you this is imposable. In which case truth comes into play. You have to believe in God's truth by trusting with faith of what is written.

After a lengthy search for the Truth through most of my adult life, I'm happy to profess that I have finally found one that I closely adhere to since it has strengthened my Faith tenfold from what it used to be.
It is one that I find much ease, comfort and rest in my daily routine that gives me joy...
Peace be with you!

I like the love.
The love I find from God.
The love I find among those with the spirit of the Lord in them.
The love that I want to give to my God and my neighbors.
The love that brings out the truth.

I belong to the Mormon church the great thing is that I know its true from the lord, and it also explains the meaning of life. The bad thing is that even when I know its true, the people are not perfect who go there that includes myself.

Religion? This is something that I don't believe in. BELIEVING IN JESUS CHRIST IS DIFFERENT THAN FOLLOWING A RELIGION OR A PROFHET...Give him a chance and get to know JESUS! NOT DENOMINATIONS! Read HIS WORD and you will find the truth.
