Because as human beings we always want that which we cannot have. It's psychological babe. Just one of those things you can never really place a direct answer on. Guess when we want someone we really want them to want us back cause ultimately we all seek for acceptance and when we don't get it, it frustrates us and we wanna know what is wrong with us cause someone doesn't see us as special, so as a result of this we end up chasing them and hoping that they'll finally like us and change their minds. But word of advice from me, just let it go, it's usually better and less traumatising if you accept it as something that'll never be. All the best.

I think , that it is kinda like having a job that you get fired from . Later you will go back , and try to get the same kind of job-0--> just to prove that you can do it ! We just don't do well with rejection !
