Go to a local school supply store and ask the people there - they sell lots of good stuff for that. Some stuff works better than others, depending on what the texture of the wall is...
Most poster putties and plasti-taks are made to prevent discoloring of walls, but some aren't. I got some neat little hooks that stick on with wax and they don't discolor my walls...

You might also try using those glue sticks the kids use. We use those to mount things all the time. It leaves a little residu on the wall which can be washed away when the posters come down. Make sure to go completely around the perimeter as well as making an "x" across the back for added security.

Use push pins. They will leave very small holes in the wall (which you can fill in later, if you want to). These holes are minute compared to the marks left by Blue-Tac, tape, and every other product I know of.

Tikky-Tak. It is like gum/silly putty/play-dough texture. You pinch a small peice off and put it on the back corners of the poster and push it onto the wall.
