i work on a graveyard shift(12midnight-11am) My family is away so i live alone.i don't have friends in the city where i work.

i used to work for an awful call center,, being polite to everybody clocking in on time out for lunch and using avaya slave monitor for when i was away from my desk and blue pumpkinhead for adherance.... the stress almost made me go postal. I quit and got a less stressful job on the same shift... (hospital clerk)

Try and meditate when you have even a minute of free time that will definitly reduce your stress level considerably.

firstly,

relax yourself
dont feel bothered about anything
forget all ur worries
drink lots of water
avoid junk food
