If your dog accepted you as the pack leader then you wouldn't have this problem. However being a submissive dog that is forced to be the leader your dog is trying to assert themselves in the best way they know how. If you were to take control then there would be no problem. BTW My dogs have never urinated or defecated on my bed. (Although there was one of my folk's that did. Quite funny (for me anyway)).

My dog will do it on the carpet when he's unhappy. It's their way of trying to get attention. You need to punish the dog as soon as possible becos they have really short memory. Bring your doggy to the spot where he did his business, push his dog to the spot and say loudly No!

When my dog is upset she'll just go lay down. She's a good dog.

Yes dogs do this some time to show that they are no happy our behaviour.
Once my wife didn't allow my dong to sleep on the bed, so he went and peed on her mobile phone :)

I had a cocker spaniel 16 years ago that would get angry with my husband when he would go out on his motorcycle without her. She would pee on his pillow.
