Bush, along with Kennedy and McCain are the three top traitors of this country, as far as I am concerned. They could care less about the American people, especially the middle class. Bush wants to give our sovereignty away as fast as he can. He is a disgrace to us. I am ashamed that he is our president.

people think of the minute men as white supremacists, which could not be further from the truth. only no is the government doing something to close the floodgates south of the borders, and he would be admitting a short coming in government policy. im sure that if i moved far anough south, id be very involved with the minute men. bush isnt too bad a president, i sure as hell like him more than clinton, but there should be no doubt in anyones mind that every politicial is a lying crook. off the subject, sorry, but if bush was to meet with them, he would be even more hated by all the leftists in this counrty. its all about approval ratings.

It's Karl Rove's misguided plan to do away with Liberalism all together in the United States by opening the Republican Party to all. I am a proud, hard-core conservative and it makes me sick. To call El Presidente Fox our friend and argue that the Guest Worker program is not amnesty is deplorable. I love Bush on the war and on taxes (although he should be pushing to make the tax cuts permanent), but on Illegal Immigration he is off the reservation big time.

Probably to avoid sparking more negative publicity for him. Honestly, how happy would the supporters of immigration be if the President went and met with and showed support for people who were trying to stop immigration? I agree whole-heartedly with the mission of the minutemen, but I can understand, from a political perspective, why GW is avoiding it. Damn politics...keep it up G-dub.

Mr. Bush doesn't have that much time on his hands... with all the sitting around snorting cocaine and such...
if he were to meet with the Minutemen... he'd also have to meet with all his supporters in the KKK, neo-nazi groups, and religious right.

Why won't Bush even meet with the Border Patrol officers? He refused to when he went to the border.
I am sure he is busy, but I suspect it is also because they make his administration look bad.
It is obvious, also, that border security isn't nearly as important to him as is a slave labor program.

Because unlike the Klan he can't wear a hood to hide his face.
and he would hurt Alberto Gonzales feelings....not only did he not nonminate him to the supreme court cause of american racist but has to hide the klan uniform when it gets back from the cleaners.
