aight b wacha needs ta do is use a flat iron do not get a perm your gonna fu ck your hair up say no to perm.
wear it up

I think I know what you're talking about. My hair's the SAME exact way. I straighten it like once a month, and my mom doesn't want me to 'cause she has straight hair and says that I look beautiful with my curls. Well and so does half the school and a million other people, so I decided to only straighten once in a while. My hair used to look REALLY bad untill I started using a mousse (Garnier Fructis Curl Construct Mousse) and some frizz serum (John Frieda Frizz-ease Secret Weapon).
Highlights also look really good with curls.
If you don't like using mousses, use a gel or something that can keep those loose hair strands down and make your curls perfect. I used to hate my hair, but now I love it.
If you're going to straighten it, don't overdo it. The best bet you've got is to work with what you have.

I have curly hair also and I love mine.........I would never want straight hair...theres lots of cute styles out there ...curly hair looks best with highlights ...done by a profesional only .....mines is a brown urly hair with blond highlights I use a gel to get the spiral curls and looks good withe the mix of two colors ..ould look great also on short hair ...call some salons up.......leave it curly....don't straughten it..yack....just have the highlight it and show you how to style it with gel to get that loose spiral look

I think curly hair looks better long. Highlights look good too.

gel and spritz it up so each curl shows, or flat iron it straight
