The joy of eating ice cream offsets the depression of rainy and dreary days. Here in Phoenix you can always tell the natives because we are the ones who are always looking out our window at the rain because it is such a rare sight.

sure do. better brain freeze when it's cold out or the thrill if your out in the winter eating ice cream and it sticks to your tounge.
