We need to accept Jesus as Saviour AND Lord. Some people believe and only accept Jesus as SAVIOUR, but how about the part bout "LORD"? Some may continue sinning, but God will always chase after us and get us to change to become more christ-like.
I believe that all who have accepted Jesus as Saviour AND Lord will be saved and be with God's presence for all eternity.

Everybody here isn't a born again christian, and most would really like it if you stopped preaching. However, to answer your question: no, I don't think we are all saved just because Jesus died for our sins. I think you have to repent once you know what you did is a sin and never do it again. If it is not in the ten commandments, its not a sin.

That is a very good point you make there, although people agree that salvation is a Gift from God, that does that mean that it is Automatic? Just because one believes?Tthe scriptures tell us that we should exert ourselves vigorously to get in through the narrow door, because many will seek to get in but will not be able.(Luke13:24)For to this end we are working Hard and exerting ourselves, because we have rested our hope on a living God, who is a Saviourof all sorts of men, especially of faithful ones! (1Timothy4:10)Yes Jesus died for us all but to take advantage of that sacrifice that Jesus made for us, we need to do God's Will, and we need to make sure that what we are doing is in fact the will of God. Because Jesus plainly said that not all are doing the right things, to receive salvation even though they believe that they are(Mathew7:22,23,24)So if we want to get in and be able to, then we need to make sure now, of what God requireas of us, and do more than just believe!Do Gods Will now not at the last minute because the last minute will be too late, and we may loose the salvation, and it won't be accepted by God !Plz ppl turn to God now and build a relationship with him now, the time is urgent talk to him ask him to help in humility not in haughtiness and he will help u now!May God bless ur efforts now and in the future!

Your question is rather confusing. You seem to be making a statement and touching on several issues at the same time. If one believes then they are saved. See the verses stated below. Repentance is a heart felt sorrow and turning of one's life from the path they previous believed and lived. As they grow and learn of who Christ is and what He has done, this conviction of sin leads them to faith AND repentance. The trust and belief that one CAN be saved through Christ. Christ is the narrow gate/door mentioned in Luke. No one can come to God except through Him.
There are people who are Christian in name only, thinking that by following their religious doctrines and simply attending church is all that is required of them. They may know about Christ, but do not really know him. There are others who have enough faith to believe in Christ, yet do not grow much beyond that point in their relationship with Him. Some have not grown enough to turn from all their carnal natures, thinking that they can still sin and be forgiven because of their faith in Christ. God will be their judge, and we are called to help them see and understand the error of their belief.
James 2 - faith without works, is about the condition of our heart, our love for God and our fellow man, expressed by doing good to others. It is not that our deeds will get us any closer to God, or prove us to be any better than anyone else. It is just that our desires will be to serve God and others with a pure heart and motives. It is through God's love overflowing like a fountain within us and out to those around us.
The verse in 1 Peter below says Jesus died once, for all. John 3:16 says that whoever believes in him shall not perish, but have eternal life. The verse in 1 Corinthians says that our works will be judge with fire, that even the carnal may still be saved. God is supreme in His righteousness and judgement. It depends on Him who will enter in and who will be weeping and gnashing their teeth. His mercies and grace is to those He chooses. The most important thing is to live our lives in Him, to grow closer and love Him more dearly everyday.

That has never made any sense to me and the more I think about it, the crazier I think it is. So he had to die on a cross for a few hours. He got to come back two days later and then go up to heaven.
I don't believe a word of it and I don't need to be saved or born again. I was born right the first time.

Jesus did not die, he is alive and well in heaven.
So sayeth the book of mythology.
If the story of Jesus is accepted at face value, he paid for all sins so it is unnecessary to do anything.
If that is not true, he did not pay the price so Christians are really going to be screwed on "judgment day."

No, although Jesus Christ did die for the world, that doesn't mean that everyone will come to the knowledge of the truth, and have a saving faith in Jesus Christ, as thier Savior.
Mar 16:16 He who believes and is baptized will be saved, but he who does not believe will be condemned.
Luk 13:23 And one said to Him, Lord, are the ones being saved few? And He said to them,
Luk 13:24 Strive to enter in at the narrow gate. For I say to you, many will seek to enter in and shall not be able.
Luk 13:25 And once the Master of the house has risen up and has shut the door, and you begin to stand outside and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open to us, and He shall answer and say to you, I do not know you; from where are you;
Luk 13:26 then you shall begin to say, We ate and drank in Your presence, and You have taught in our streets.
Luk 13:27 But He shall say, I tell you, I do not know you; from where you are. Depart from Me, all workers of unrighteousness!
Luk 13:28 There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth when you will see Abraham and Isaac and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and yourselves being thrust out.
Joh 3:17 For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but so that the world ***might*** be saved through Him.
Act 4:12 And there is salvation in no other One; for there is no other name under Heaven given among men by which we must be saved.
Act 16:31 And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved, and your household.
Rom 5:9 Much more then, being now justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him.
Rom 5:10 For if when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
Rom 8:24 For we are saved by hope. But hope that is seen is not hope; for what anyone sees, why does he also hope for it?
Rom 10:9 Because if you confess the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you shall be saved.
Rom 10:13 For everyone, "whoever shall call on the name of the Lord will be saved."
1Co 1:18 For the preaching of the cross is foolishness to those being lost, but to us being saved, it is the power of God.
