I see it in his eyes and yet he dosnt say it but i know it....i know he loves me.....i told him i love him and he said i know...i said why did you not say it back he said because you know i do just because i dont say it dosnt mean i dont.....We have so many problems we wanna go out but we r scared it might not work out....

You need to sit down and talk with him. Discuss every problem you can think of that you guys have. Eventually it will all work out.
You need to talk to him when he has a free day where he can really have time to talk to you and when you have time to talk to him. Tell him everything you feel.

ask him sit aside and convience him and tell ur problems to him pour every thing whatever do u hsve in ur hesrt asnd be happ with him and don't irritate him to tell him keep a distance because we can't belive guys and take care and this ur friends' advice right
