ok, first off with that much length, most girls will have a problem handling all that. you can't just ram it up there, dude. try extra lube, maybe? take it slow and work into it. you can't really change the depth of the well, if you know what i mean, but there are other options. a) let her be on top. that way she controls the depth. b) try *ahem* doggy style, because you don't get in as deep then (alas, this is different for everybody) but just experiment and see what works for the two of you
