I am not sure you are right about English being the top language. Knowing it is an advantage, but if you will read a lot of the questions and answers in this section, you will realize that since it is so hard to learn, many people are wasting plenty of valuable time learning it at a low, almost incomprehensible level, which is of no use to anyone. Native English is only valuable to bilingual people, and most English speakers don't bother to learn other languages well. You should question your basic assumption. I also think that Arabic will be more important than French in the immediate future. Ironic, no? The colonial powers are on the downslope.

Spanish-Cuatro
Português-Quatro(sounds like Spanish's "Cuatro)
Catalan-Quatre
Incase you haven't heard of "Catalan", I'd say it is a good blend of similar to Spanish, French, and some Italian and Português.
