Canada's Wonderland (just north of the city)
CN Tower definitely
St. Lawrence Market (closed Sunday & Monday)
ROM (Royal Ontario Museum)
AGO (Art Gallery of Ontario)
Bloor-Yorkville area for great shopping
Plenty of theatre options - try for Lord of the Rings tickets
The Beach district for good shopping and great beaches

There's many others but those are good places to start with. Check with the front desk or the concierge at the hotel you're staying at to see if they have any other ideas

Bear in mind I have not lived there for a couple of years, but I think Toronto is an awesome city. I lived there for 6 years. And while I was there, I enjoyed...

Ontario Science Center...Among other things, they have an Omnimax...like an Imax theatre but goes up on the ceiling too.

Ontario Place/Exhibition Grounds...along the waterfront. There used to be a dinner theater show called Medieval Times...lots of fun...horses, jousting, audience participation, food from the period.

CN Tower?

Honest Ed's I think that's what it's called...along Bloor Street West I think

Queen Street West has all kinds of interesting little shops.

Lots of theatres for live shows/plays/symphonies.

Kensington Market- cheap produce, cheese, punk and hippie bars, a pot cafe (beside chinatown- bathurst, spadina, dundas, college)
Art Gallery of Ontario
Cabbagetown- little cafes, shops (parliament st area)
Allan Gardens- a free greenhouse in a little park (n of gerrard, btwn jarvis and sherbourne)
The docks, the beaches, in the summer the Ex (a huge fair)
Theatres in the theatre district or at the local universities (yay Ryerson!)
Yonge and Eglinton is a ritzy posh place where celebrities sometimes go, great shopping

Be careful of dumb, inconsiderate morons in Toronto. You gotta be a smart, inconsiderate person to have a good time here. Oh, and don't drive.
