I am dogsitting, and the puppy is in the training stages still. She has been peeing everywhere no matter how much I take her out, any advice would be appreciated.

You can mix 1 bottle of household peroxide, with 1/4 cup of baking soda, and 1 teaspoon of dish soap. this will remove stains and odors.
Mix in plastic or glass (no metal) and don't cover with lid, as it will foam and expand. Use it while foamy.

Mix douche powder, with twice the water called for, and it works well too.

in case you mean timber floor as in plywood subfloor you're in success. We had an identical subject with our carpet. Pull it up, eliminate the padding and the nail strips around the fringe. Vacuum thoroughly with a save vac or regular residing house vacuum. Get all the dirt off the floor. Then paint the floor with KILZ primer; it comes as white yet you could tint it if needed. save on with to floor with paint rollers basically such as you may a wall. you could want 2 coats. KILZ will seal the stains and smell. good stuff!! in case you have actual hardwood flooring, then you particularly're screwed (variety of). The flooring could be reclaimed even even though it demands severe sanding and marking. The kit to be rented, dirt abatement and cleanup in all hazard will take greater beneficial than a weekend. good success.

Crate training prevents about 90% of all accidents. I have a steam cleaner, but then I have rescues in all the time who are not yet house trained.
