NO, don't marry someone with expectations of them changing. you should marry her for who she is, not for who you'd like her to be...do that, and you'll be sadly disappointed. honestly though, it sounds like you are way too indian (no offense) and un-americanized to ever be able to keep up with an american woman. this is not india, women here have opinions, attitudes and mostly, they are not affraid of getting a divorce (unlike indian women) and taking half of your belongings; not to mention that you'll also be paying them alamony checks each month too. now, that's part of the american culture--can you get used to that? you better answer that question first.

And to answer your question, yes anyone can be traditional and the word is cultured, not culturious.
As long as you are willing to teach her to learn of other culture and abide to your own, yes you can. And make sure you are not forcing her to learn.
