im 5'1 and 47 kgs..am i too short ? my boyfriend keeps saying im too short and i think he prefers taller women..i dont like wearing high heels theyre so uncomfortable..is 5'1 (155 cm) really that short for a girl ?

"too short" is a relative term. is your boyfriend 6' 5"? if he's 6' or lower, then you're fine. but, you know what i just realized? tell your boy friend to shut the hell up...you were 5' 1" when he met you. did you really think that you were going to grow another 5 inches over night? i tell you that personally, i've found that shorter girls are much more fun in bed. not just cuz you can really man handle them, but they're more agile, and they can work it better.

You are not too short, i am 5'1" also and ya sometimes i don't like it, but you just have to accept it and be thankful your not tall. I have a lot of friends (girls) that are quite tall and they always feel insecure and huge because of there height and the men they date are sometimes shorter. My husband is 5"11 and its great. Good things come in small packages is what i always say. Oh and dump that boyfriend, he's not worth your time if he only wants to change you and make you feel insecure. Hope I helped some.

That is pretty short these days. Maybe you are wearing the wrong kind of heels. I wear them nearly everyday, but I get good quality pumps, and wear them with sheer slippery stockings. Makes you look double their height. For instance good 3" heels with sheer stockings will make you look 6 inches taller. They really improve your posture making you appear taller. Start wearing heels and stockings with a garter belt, and your bf will foreget all about your height. Men love that combination.

I don't think you are short. I'm 5'2. I think it's better when a girl is short. Most guys date are 6' and they preferred short girls they want one that looks more feminine and petite. I think short is better than being a long tall horse with big feet! Don't pay attention to him! if he's not happy with your height tell him to move on because you will find someone that will be! Depends on your age. But even if you are short I like shorter girls! Im 5 ft 5 and my gf is about 5ft 2 or 5ft 3 somewhere around there.

hey , stop worrying about it, you still have growing time to go, an there is alot of girls your size, an far as wearing high heel dont, sonny an cher look at them. your stressing over nothing, an far as your boy friend he must like you are he done left, your going to be ok , short women walk tall im 5.1 an im 46 years old if my guy thought i was to short than i tell him where to go , good luck

well let me be honest with you i am 21 years old male and i am 5'1 and some people make fun of me but i don't really care what other people think about me and most of my friends are taller then me and they make fun of me cause i am short and i never take it serious, i am short and probably thats the way god wanted me to be and i can't do anything about it. so either could people like me or hate me cause i am short. i don't give damn care if people like me or not................

I'm 5'1 too!! ^_^ My bf teases me a lot about being short, but it's just teasing. He's not serious about me being too short. Maybe your just being overly sensitive? I mean, we all have things that bug us like crazy when people point them out, maybe your hight is your's.
I don't think it's too short. You can't help how tall you are. You're bf should understand that! Talk to him about it. Not us. ;-) You might find out that it's just one big misunderstanding!

Hey, you're taller than me! I'm 22 years old and 5 feet tall. I love my height. Yeah, I get made fun of, but it's nothing serious. You have to love you. Actually, some guys like shorter women, and use your height as way to talk to you and get a rise out of you.

I love short(er) women! It's a real turn-on for me!
I literally lifted up my sister-and-law last month at a wedding while hugging her. She's 5' 4" and she loved me for it! (I actually felt kind of embarrassed, but I'm 3 inches taller than my brother and built, so maybe that has something to do with it?)
