she is a friend that i have been hamging with for a few months i know she likes to listen to hot 98.1 so i was thinking about getting her a cd with her fav song on it....ppl let me know if im doing this right or not? Also i really like this girl and she just want's to be friends right now, but im debating weather or not this is a good thing, to be friends first then bf and gf......????

Be patient with her. If she "just wants to be friends right now", you'll know within a couple of weeks whether she's interested and wants to take her time because she has been burned before, or whether she has no intention of letting you get any closer.
For a gift (birthday? or just because?), something you know she'll enjoy is a gift card to Tower Records, the Wherehouse, Best Buy, etc. where she can pick out whatever music she wants. (She probably has already downloaded her favorite song.) I wouldn't spend a lot of money on it, though. $20/max.

Go ahead and buy the cd since you know she likes the group. A gift card is not a bad way to go either. Just found what her favorite shopping stores are for that. As for the friend first bf later. It's always good to be friends first, that way you can get to know each other b4 u move to the next step. If it was meant to be everything will work out fine. Good luck

Don't get her a CD that's why she listens to the radio get her something that is truly from your heart by saying that put some thought into it !! If you want to be more make it an "aww" gift like.... just not a cd.

I am a girl, so I know what girls like. I would go with getting her a sweet card and say..... mmm... a carnation. That is the flower for FRIENDSHIP. Just one carnation. It is sweet, but you aren't over-doing it. And as for the real gift... maybe a gift card for her favorite store would be cool. That way she can pick out whatever she wants, and it will still be from "you". good luck with this relationship, I wish the best for you!

yes. DEF good to be friends first. even though there is always the danger of getting stuck in the friend zone forever. BUT if you can move out of that zone then I promise you will appreceate that you decided to be friends first, before moving into a relationship
