Only you can determine what you wish to do with your soul...if you wish to be free from it, you are. If you are still pulled to it, there are unresolved issues that only you can deal with. Happy Journey.

I’ve been there and there is no quick, easy solution contrary to the council of well meaning Christians whose deliverance ministries cause more oppression than they relieve, and certainly not from the counsel of occult advising Wicca’s or spiritualists. My one hope and advice to you, if you are serious, is to read and follow the spiritual counsel of a book written almost a century ago, by a woman named Jesse Penn-Lewis and the famous Welsh revivalist, Evan Roberts. It is appropriately entitled “War on the Saints.” It is available to read for free on the net at www.apostasynow.com. Just click on the on- line book section and go to the title. The other book offered there is great too, but first things first. A warning, however, there is an abridged edition selling at bookstores and internet that waters the contents of the book down so much that it is not worth your time. Deliverance is a difficult process, involving your intellect, will and spirit all combined and does take time to be fully set free, but this book is Biblically sound, time tested and battle proven in even the most longstanding and egregious demonic possessions of occult nature. If I can offer any spiritual assistance, please e-mail me.

Eastern Religion,-must be explained if this Q is to be properly answered. Can you name the religion in question?
Because, my answer would be to perhaps introduce yourself to an Eastern Practice. There are many other ways, of course.

Find your second self and fight them... get in touch with your higher power and beat them at thier own game - on another plane. The fact that you can still sense it means that someone has directed some dark energy to you or on your behalf and they are still present. Let them know you won't take thier darkness on board and find the light being within yourself. You have all the strength you need there. Dig deep and meditate...

ASK JESUS CHRIST to come into your HEART and SAVE YOU, and do it FO' REAL(no kidding around). Other than that, RESIST the Devil and he will flee. The devil has no power over your free-will that you don't let him have. JESUS made that possible for you long time ago. After Adam blew it, for him and the rest of us, by letting the devil into this CREATION(EARTH). GOD will help you, find a Christian Church and ask for help. Hope this helps.

make your own religion. you can never be wrong as long as you follow what you really believe. labels associated with beliefs can be dangerous, since one can agree with a particular belief but not all the other beliefs that go with it.
