To dream that you are flying with black wings, signifies bitter disappointments.

I often have dreams like this, and I can honestly say that I don't think it means anything other than you have a very good imagination. Don't read too much into dreams, most dreams are only a reflection on things that you have seen or done or heard within the last few days. Sorry to sound like such a bore!

According to Eastern philosophies (specifically the Tibetans) you are having an out-of-body experience also know as Astral Projection.
Basically, your Astral body (soul) leaves your body and goes out into the unknown ethereal worlds. Some theories add that you can actually plan your astral trips and furthermore with proper training you can be aware of what you are doing and induce the trip and control the destination.
If you ever had the experience of "falling down" while sleeping it signifies the return of your astral body to your human body and a bad landing at that. Your astral and human body are united by a silver cord (similar to the umbilical cord).
This is also experienced by people who have "died" and brought back to life.

It can have many meanings and it is usually specific to the dreamer. In my experience it most commonly means that you feel trapped by something or someone and you are wanting to be free. On the other hand it can mean the opposite for other people.
See what sort of feelings surround the dream and they will give you a better indication.

It could be nothing or something. Some idea's according to this page is: There are many, many interpretations of flying dreams and some contradict others. They are metaphoric (sign of freedom), prophetic (omen of death), spiritual (journey to other realms) and cultural (for the Crow Indians: you are sick, but in Central Africa: you have good health). My favorite is that flying dreams are symbolic of the out-of-body experience.

Recurring dreams of flying usually mean either you are feeling free or that there is something/someone that you want to be free from.

Travels.,.,.,when i was in Phils.,i keep on dreaming of that.,flying and moving into one roof into other.,or jumping into building then suddenly flew like a bird.,i really feel that i am flying.,i can feel it the follwing morning when i woke up., a few days after such dream., i found myself in other country and wrking here.
