Because the caffeine helps them to feel more awake- it's a natural stimulant. I don't think there are many people who like the taste of black coffee from Day One, but many people like coffee-based drinks today because they're loaded with sugar (for example, a Caramel Macchiato).

I love the taste of coffee. I could get caffien from alot of things nothing better the coffee.

I don't know. I think it tastes ewwy & acidic. I personally prefer iced tea straight on the rocks or diet coke on the rocks. Coffee-aholics drink it because, I imagine it's mainly for the caffeine buzz.

i think people who drink a lot of coffee get addicted after a while and can't stop drinking it, just like any other kind of drink out there.
