Can't help you with specifics, but there is or at least was an English language newspaper located in Bangkok back in the 70's. They may carry ads if they're still there. I needed some help and went to their office, sorry I don't remember the location, and the personnel were very helpful. Good luck.

Don't worry, just go there for looking it.....Now bangkok become the most popular tourist destination...more and more thais will speak and learn english....if they learn so they must have made some advertisements in english to attract tourism...moreover, english has been a chief language to prevent language barrier....so don't worry about the easy thing

Most doctors speak English in Thailand, at least to some degree. But if you go to an International hospital they will direct you to a therapist that can help you. Samitjev and Bumrungrad are both good.

What kind of therapist are you looking for? If medical or professional, the person should be able to know some English. If you are asking about masseuse, than it will be difficult as majority of them do not speak English at all.

check with the thai tourist authority at TAT thailand .com , or go to Wat Po and speak to the monks there by the way you didn't say what type of therapy it would be easier to answer you if I knew that
