My manager and I flirt a lot..it makes me wonder if I got the job because of my looks and because he likes me. Anyways, I will be working for him for a couple of months but I am really attacted to him. Do you think I should get involved or will that just create a mess of things?

There are work ethics which everyone should observe in the workplace and if not having a relationship with anyone else in the company is one policy that your company implements, don't ever risk your reputation in indulging yourself into a relationship with him. However, if your manager is a bachelor or divorced man, and your company has no policy on this matter, there's nothing wrong with you being attracted to him and him to you vice versa.
Whether he took you in because of your looks doesn't matter anymore. What matters is the sincerity of his intentions with you.
But if he is very much married, involvement with him is something that you should quickly get out of your mind because you might be ruining a happy family and besides, that will give you a bad reputation as the other woman.

You shouldn't mix business with pleasure in the first place. If you get involved with your boss and it turns into a disaster than you might as well start looking for another job.

Listen closely...think of how you would feel if he broke your heart and you had to go work for him after that. I am 43 and have had my heart broke. While the relationship could be great with great times and spectacular sex...how would you feel if he broke your heart?? Think about it!! Good luck!!
