I believe that there is life (and death) all around us. the souls of past times and future times are all around us. it is the energy that connects us all. i believe that there are bad spirits and lost spirits ones that did not find there way. there are too many things in the world that can not be explained by science. Yes i have experienced "ghosts" and it was not a pleasant experience. I think that people will see what they want to see. For a long time it confused me too then i learnt to accept things in life that i can not explain. i concentrated on meditation and letting go of the stressfulness of day to day life. dont freak because there are spirits around. i guess you could say angels are spirits too.
