If you like being a showpiece and don't care about what the relationship is like on an intellectual and emotional matue level - go for it. I say go out with him again. The fact that he is telling you how he felt about you in the past is sweet and nice. and he already stated the relationship by being honest. Also know you know that he have stronger feelings for you now and he cares for you just being you.

Well maybe if i had nothing better to do. But being that i do no. There are better people other there who will be with you for you and not just what you look like. To me he seems to be dissing you as if you have nothing more to offer than your looks, which i am sure you do.
