No, earth is it's own hell or it's own heaven. It matters your attitude and what you seek and a little luck.

The compartment called Hell is in the middle of the EARTH and is invisible to us. Earth is a planet. Heaven is a planet. Earth is a spin-off of Heaven.

My understanding is that hell is the grave, (Sheol) The lake of fire that consumes the devil and his angels and the wicked will be here on this earth at the end of the millennium after the second Resurrection. Heaven is now located beyond Orion's belt. After the great white thrown judgment heaven will be here. Why do I say that? because wherever God's thrown is located, that will be heaven. And His thrown will be here in the new Jerusalem according to Revelation.

I don't know but did ya ever wonder if maybe our life here on Earth is heaven for some people and hell for others? Maybe we are already dead and "living" in heaven and hell here. Maybe we just keep dying and coming back till we get it right. That's why some people have it so good and some have it so bad.

I would vote for Venus to be Hell. It's severe atmospheric pressure would crush any of us into pulp. Its extreme heat would bake us into a greasy piece of ash in no time.
Wait a minute, I just saw how your question could mean something else. Earth could be Martian heaven, sure, why not? Pleasantly moderate temperature, lots of moisture, no massive sand-storms.
