What does it mean when a dog howls at another dog? My neighbor has been checking me out lately and being very flirtatious. He was in his backyard playing b-ball with his brothers which is across from my bedroom window and started howling and ketp doing it lol I did not want to show myself because i did not know if that was for me or w.e... It sounded like the sound was geared toward my window. What did that mean?

I've had horrid ones like that, for instance a man working at Wendy's looked at me in my car in the drive through and actually said "Mhmmmmmm" as though I were some tastey treat........>_< Its disgusting and base, don't think its a good thing.
