as far as i know they are some kind of parasite that lives in your private area, you can catch them from another person having sex or sitting on a toliet seat, that some did with them. Sorta like headlice for you little head - hehe - seriously, sorry if you itch call your doctor.

i'm sure it's an ugly description for vaginal thrush, alot of females get it, it's can be transferd during sex but it is not life threatening and it is easily treated
