It is sort of annoying, but you've got to understand the moms and little kids. If you were the "snotty nosed kid" wouldn't you think a new born is adorable, and want to see it? You should be flattered. If it gets on your nerves though, be frank but polite to the mom, and tell her you don't want her child all over your baby.

Well, being a new mom a lot will upset you! It used to upset me when my kids were babies, you just have to get used to it! It's really not that bad if they aren't hurting your child!
One of these days your child will be the one with the snotty nose making a new mommy angry!

I just hate WIC, I think WIC should go all together. Why can't my family get free milk. Forget the snot.

no, but i dont ave kids. in fact im probably what you would call a snotty nosed kid, except im bigger and older.

i make to much to get wic.but i think those parents should be considerate
