When their caskets are shipped. Or, realistically, since not ALL of them will die (getting maimed or suffering from psychological issues does not count), in about two years maybe (we'll assume they are there for multiple stints) or perhaps when we have a president who is willing to be honest with his people and knows how to either do things Right or leave. I don't want to harbor such negativity, but things are not getting any better (perhaps they'll be better when the pres can visit the troops with an 'announced' visit)
