what i meant was ,vaccuming the air out and then deep freezing and then carried over for 40 hours,in room temp or somewhat cool temp.

if it can stay frozen that long... your idea should work... but you gotta watch for thaw.....

why is it that to thaw and dethaw food... you do the same thing ???

NO! Leaving cooked food out for more that ONE hour is risking danger, and you want to leave it out for 40 hours? Remind me not to eat at your house.

I don't think you can actually do that. How long is 40 hrs. again, nearly two days?! Um, ditto the first guy.
