the YMCA on 63rd and Stoney is the worst place for swimming I have been to throughout the USA. I travel and love to swim. This was the only place that insisted that I wear a swimming cap. The only people required to wear a cap are those with shoulder length hair. My hair was braided and in a ball. It was to the managers decision if my hair was too long. That was open segregation. No where else in the many states I have visited had this bylaw. Swimming caps do nothing for the hair except hold water .
