why does it hurt so bad when ur rejected by someone? you like them but you don' t look good enought for them.

rejection hurts because you took a chance, and anytime you take a chance on anything, you obviously want it to turn out the way you planned. when it's because you're rejected by another person, not only do you not get you're way, but it feels like you're not good enough. the thing is, its probably not you. its either a: he's an idiot, or b: is good enough to realize that you two just aren't compatable. just be patient. he may realize you're the best thing that ever happened to him, or you might move on and find an even better guy. good luck!

My Friend, it is acceptable to feel like that, coz we are still human being, on the otherhand You had a feeling on Him.
But it is good being rejected, than being using by someone we loved only taking for granted.
See from positive side, about feeling we cannot forced someone to love us on the other hand cannot being forced to love someone also....
When You tell to a Man that You laove Him, and he rejection You have....it isn`t the end of the world, infact must greatfull coz at least the Man honest to You about his feeling....onceagain it could be the Man said that love You too (infact He didn`t), and using You for his interest, sucking your money, pursuing sex and when everything had done, He dumped You.... what a tragic
It`s hurt but just for awhile, you will recovered soon, infact so soon you even couldn`t imagined.

welcome to my world. No I do know how you feel and it always hurts when your rejected for any reason. Looks are important to many because of different reasons but there are some people out there that could care less what a person may look like as long as the person has a great inner beauty.
The ugliest woman I ever seen was one who that she was the prettiest girl in the world.
If you respect yourself and believe in yourself someone will walk up to you and sweep you off your feet and you know what they will think your the greatest person on earth.

I Feel you definitely! I've been going through that for a while, the one time I really never have been rejected was when I wasn't trying to hook up or anything, chicks just came to me. I guess the real reason why it hurts is because its something you really wanted, but couldn't have, and there is nothing you can do about it.

Coping with rejection is a learned skill...just a note its never easy
but as we grow we find ways to cope.
There is always somebody new..for us even if we dont see it at the time...FRIENDS are a good thing to have too..it does not have to be boyfriend girlfriend all the time.
Looks are only a very small part of who we are..LIKE CHRISTINA AUGILLERA SAYS "You are beautiful no matter what they say"
