I get that about being feminine too............
Probably you are mascuine enough and the girls don't notice. Anyway, being too masculine kind of eliminates more sensitive and dare I say possibly less shallow girls. They feel like they wont understand them, and maybe theyre right.
If you feel like it's a big downer on your life then taking up boxing or weights might help to give you a visual marker, even if you feel unmasculine you can know that you don't look that way. But I saw a programme about one guy who was v insecure about that and was a body builder so realize it won't change the way you feel until you accept that whether you like it or not you are masculine becuase you were born that way like the other guy said, I thought that was the BEST anwer and most wise. Listen to him!

A couple of your other answers talk about being yourself and not caring what others think. Do it!! There's a whole lot of different ideas about what's "masculine", but what's most important is what YOU think is masculine. If you want to do as one of your other answers says and lower your voice, etc., well, go ahead, but that's only the exterior of a man. If you've ever seen the movie "Patton" starring George C. Scott, you'll see a warring man with a gruff expression on his face and always showing "no fear". Good Hollywood trash. Now for the facts. General Patton was so embarrassed at his high pitched voice that it bothered him to no end, and I have little or no doubt that his awesome military advances had as much to do with how he reacted to his own high-pitched voice as it did the military history of the men in his family. But Hollywood wouldn't show that because they couldn't do a good screen play that included the very sensitive issue of a man's worrying about his masculinity. Read any good biography of General Patton, one of Hitler's most fearsome opponents, and you'll see what I'm talking about. And maybe he drove a lot of men nuts, and maybe to their deaths, just to prove how masculine he was. I'm sorry for him and them. I'm glad he was on our side, but I wish he could've taken care of his personal concerns before the war. But the most important thing you can do to "be masculine" is just to be you. You were born masculine, so just be what you were born. If you see men you want to imitate because they seem like the masculine style you want, well, do it. We all do, me included. And General Patton as well. And he was a 5-star general, the highest they could become. I had to work for years worrying about how "masculine" I appeared because I wasn't some big star football player on campus in highschool or college, or baseball player or any type athlete at all. I had to realize I just wasn't that way at all. I was studious, and I had fun playing "small-time" sports with my buddies, but I never put on shoulder pads or uniforms or helmets, etc.. It wasn't until many years later that I was a pretty good bicycle racer, and yet by then I was too old to be competitive in the field, so I just rode alone, and loved it. But YOU are the only one who decides how masculinity fits on you, so, as the saying goes, "Go for it!!", and enjoy life. You'll be a lot happier that way. God Bless you.

I suggest you look for masculine strenghts/traits in very male dominant spectrums, like wrestling, weight lifting and thing sof that nature. Men in those fields have extremely masculine charateristics. Thsi may be a goo dplace to get some tips from.

Masculinity is simply a projection of values arbitrarily associated with the male sex by society. Leave the 'masculinity' to your Y chromosome and be yourself.

You can try to some extent but one cannot in the end "be more masculine" unless they try to be and then it doesn't seem right. People are born the way they are.
If you are very young you will get more masculine later. If not very young then forget it, be yourself.

There is nothing more sexy then a man who has confidence and is sure of himself. If you are not, fake it until you make it. Having a deep voice or big muscles doesn't have a thing to do with it. Be who you are and know its a good thing!!!!!! Peace!! Sexy!!

Practice lowering your voice. Imagine that you are a football player. How would he walk? How would he dress?
