12 million illegal aliens, of which 80% are Mexican. So 9.6 Million people in a population of around 300 million. Roughly just over 3% of the population in this country are illegal Mexican aliens. The Mexicans that became US citizens are no longer Mexicans, they're (we're) Americans. I don't know where to find numbers on legal Mexican immigrants.

I know how many americans there are because they are legal and on the census so, they can be counted.
