through the realisation of the divine union.....of all sentient beings..
through consideration of their cosmic goal and purpose...
i read this story ab heaven n hell sometime back.....
there were a bunch of people in hell and in heaven. in both the places they were served food.
but the condition was that they were supposed to eat the food using spoons that had a really long neck. the spoons were pretty long in lenght.
those in hell starved bcoz they couldnt eat the food.....
but those in heaven .....could! they were happy and ate well !!!
how???

As I believe God has a plan for my life as well as for everyone else's life and by listening with my heart I may discern His will for me. Thus I pray that I become and be and do what God has planned for me, that I may become an instrument for Him and by living a life filled with compassion, peace and understanding I will become just a small part of worldly peace that God plans for all His people. Meaning: Look at my example. Follow me, and you too will have peace. All other human beings on this planet are but reflectors or mirrors reflecting your image back at yourself. Be peace, and you will see peace. "I am the truth, the way, and the life." This brings a new meaning to "We are one" and "You create your own reality." Meaning YOU are the instrument....what kind of music are you going to play to the rest of us =)

By sowing peace wherever I find discord, by keeping control over my own passions when conflict arises, by practicing habits of peace in conversations, and by cultivating love and extirpating hate in my heart.
Habits of peace include apologizing, anticipating potential negative interpretations of my words and modifying them to exclude them, affirming what is true and right in the other person's position, and validating the feelings of the other person.
