Why do men try so hard to get u to like them, & when u finally admit u do they stop acting so sweet & nice.?

because basically we are all *sses in one way or another. But, after the chase is done we think we have won. So we slow things down a little.

Often times, for the more immature men, the thrill is in the chase. Once they have captured they "prey" their task is accomplished and they can move on. The trick is to recognize these jokers early and not waste your own time with them.

Very often they are the super attractive and not so intelligent types that think they can get anyone and when they come upon someone immune to their obvious charms it confuses them. They try again - no luck. Again, still no luck. They just can't understand that there is someone in the world who can resist them. They try again and again - trying to prove their own desirablility to themselves - and when they are finally successful they say "there is goes - ok, no problem here. nothing to see, back to biz as usual" without at thought or a care for anyone else in their immature, selfish mind.

It's a shame for any of us to waste time with these ninnies - but when you think about all the time they put into getting your attention, the natural female response is "wow - look how hard he is working. he must really care for me".

Better for us to just roll our eyes and move on ourselves. They are so not worth it.

It's all about the "chase" to some guys. Usually it's because of immaturity. It's sort of like that old saying, Be Careful of what you wish for! It takes a lot more responsibility to take care of something special than it does to simply want something special.

because with guys, the chase is more fun than the prize. if you play hard to get for one day and are all over them the next, they get turned off. try to make yourself hard to get, make yourself unexpendable, where they desperately need you, and dont give in too fast. then they will know that the prize is well worth it because they chased and chased you and you still didnt give them a chance at first. it makes you more worthy of the chase.
