They were singing together, and

Girl: You sounded like you've sung a lot.
Boy: Yeah, sure. My showerhead is very impressed with me

What does he mean by "showerhead" here?
Nothing to do with shower... A microphone or something else??

The showerhead is the part in a shower from which the water comes out. The boy is referring to the fact that he sings in the shower, and therefore his showerhead (the only audience he had) was impressed by his singing talents.

As showerheads don't have ears and do not hear someone singing... it is a joke.

Maybe the boy is trying to tell the girl that the only place he sings is in the shower so the shower head (which I think you know what that is, right?) is impressed with his singing, too. Kinda like he's not really very good even though she thinks he is. (That was a hard one. I think it might be sarcasm.)

It's sarcasm, a shower head is "A perforated nozzle for spraying water on a bather taking a shower." Therefore, he sings in the shower, and the only thing that hears him is his shower head, or he uses the shower head to sing into. To each their own...

a shower head is the thing that sprays water on you while you are in the shower. he is saying no one was around in his area while he was singing but the shower head was right there the whole time kinda goes along with the fly on the wall comment.

No he is actually talking about the showerhead.

When you are in choir, the instructors encourage singing in the shower because the humidity helps loosen your vocal cords.

If he didn't mean that, which I'm 99.9% sure he was, he was probably giving his wee one a nickname. Theres no other terminology.
