it involved a guy (i snuck out with him and bad stuff happened to me). but it's something that i should really be upset about. i kno that this is somethin so severe that i shouldn't be holding it in, so i've been tryin to make the emotions come out, but i just can't. i can't cry, or anything. i always just stuff things in the back of my mind and not deal with them, but this is something that i SHOULD deal with. but i guess i just stuffed it back in that "closet" out of habit.
any ideas???

it wasn't entirely the guy's fault i guess, i guess that's part of the reason why i'm scared to let it all out. that maybe i'll blame myself even more than i already do, and thyat i'll do something stupid.

Baby , you need to get it out or you will become sick and depressed!
I was the type of person who used to hold things in, and my life became a living hell!
Try writing things done on paper, and this might help, but in the mean while, start working on using your mouth to communicate!

Well crying is a release in a way. Like the dam in your head just let go. All your feelings can pour out. If you're trying to ignore and get rid of what happened, the feelings can't let go. you can't cry. You might be in shock. Like you can't believe it happened to you, of all people. You're doing pretty well though. You're not dealing with this problem, and that's bad. But at least you recognize that you SHOULD deal with this. Now the next step is to realize that not making a decision IS a decision. you really want things to go however they may? The sooner you deal with this, the sooner you can put it behind you, heal, and move on. Besides, if this guy treated you badly, you should do something to prevent another girl from suffering the same thing. Good luck and may God be with you. And please be more careful before sneaking out next time.

If he raped you then you have to tell someone. But i mean, some girls just go along with it and don't give any indication of not wanting sex wich there for make it not all the guys fault. You "snuck" out... that wasn't very responsible but still if any rape happind or if he made you take drug or anything you email me and let me know so i can help you out. You can trust me on this one! I mean i have snuck out plenty of times but never with some guy who made me do stuff. Good Luck to you with this. OH and don't just put it in the back of your mind. If you tell me what happend i can email you information on the topic that will help you 100%.

If you were raped or touched, I think that you should tell the cops. And you should also go to a counselor or someone you can let your feelings out to. It's not good to keep things bottled up inside, sweetie. That's probably the reason why you can't cry or anything. Because all of your emotions are kept bottled up inside of you. Good Luck, sweetheart, and God Bless You.

Stop stuffing and talk to someone. Holding stuff in is not a good thing and it will onluy depress you and stop you from making the best of your day. Talk to someone. Your mom, dad, a best friend. You can even call a Youth service that gives free advice. Please, get help. You deserve to be happy and please know you are not at fault because someone took advantage of your. Call the police. You're in a scary situation but don;t let a lawbreaker go unpunished. Be true to yourself first.

well I would guess that you were raped, I know what it feels like to be raped and not knowing how to feel about things, you are numb and confused, and you feel as if everything is breaking apart. I know it is hard to let people know what really happened, and you feel people would judge you and say it's your fault. I Would find a way to talk to a professional, because these events will control your life, the same way it's still controlling mine. I am so sorry

hi. if something bad happened, bad enough for the police to be involved, notify them and file a report. maybe right now you are too shocked to deal with it.. but the sooner, the better because the longer you ignore the problem, the bigger its gonna get. good luck.

Sounds to me like your afraid of getting in trouble for sneaking out. That's why you wont say anything. I'm not exactly sure what happend, but it sounds serious. Come clean with everything and get it out.

it's alawys good to let out your emottions. It will make you feel better. Listen to the song: "HURT" by Johnny Cash, it will make you cry. Here's a line from the song:
"what have i become, my sweetest friend? everyone i know goes away in the end. And if i could have it all my empire of dirt, I will let you down...I will make you HURT..."
