put ice in a blender, filling it about 1/5 of the way, more or less.
then put in strawberries and bananas (the best flavor)
It should be around 1/2 or 3/4 full.
pour in some fruit juice to the top of where the ice is so that it can blend.
if you want you can add a scoop of sorbet or a squirt of honey to sweeten it.
these smoothies are delicious, enjoy.

I go to my local warehouse store (Sam's Club or Costco) and buy the large bag of frozen mixed fruit. It usually includes things like canteloupe, strawberries, grapes, mango, etc. If you don't like some of those things, just look in the frozen food section of your local grocery and pick out the fruits you like. You'll also need some juice (I keep cans of frozen concentrate on hand) and either frozen yogurt or sherbert. (I prefer sherbert because it it lighter and more refreshing, especially in the summer time).
When I'm ready for a smoothie, I put in about 1/2 cup of juice, a couple of scoops of sherbert and then start blending. While it's mixing, I start dropping in fruit (you can also add some ice if you want to cut down on some of calories but keep the cold and thickness). I add each of these until it reaches a consistency I like, pour it into a glass and voila.
I like making my own because I control the contents and they're much less expensive. If you want to add vitamins, proteins, etc, visit a store like Vitamin Warehouse, GNC, etc and look for powder additives.

A smoothie is what you're making it. Fruit ice and juice are the final ingrediants. when I make smoothies i don't have a 'set' checklist of the thank you to make it. I throw a banana in, then strawberries raspberries blueberries even mango or peaches are great. upload Ice (in case you like it less warm) and juice (or water). basically undergo in suggestions while filling the blender do no longer positioned too lots in or it is going to splash out. It rises with air because it blends too. playstation the version between a smoothy and a shake is a shake has a milk product in it. So including ice cream or milk will make it a shake. counting on what you're making...a sturdy (beginning) rule of thumb is approximately 2 cups of fruit to a minimum of one cup of liquid and one cup of ice(if mandatory) . flow from there and upload or delete as you flow. another ingredient, truly of including ice, I save bags of frozen strawberries and blueberries in my freezer, and this makes it basically good. i think of our known is a banana, 2 handfuls of strawberries and a peach (no seed). I upload pineapple juice to this. Apple pear or grape is nice.

Sure... buy frozen fruit, that's key to always having the ingredients. Then, get French Vanilla Yogurt, if you like sweet, plain, if not. Always add a banana or mango to add the nice flavour. You can buy frozen mango, which helps a lot.
For my kid I use about 1/2 cup of yogurt, 3/4 frozen fruit, one banana 1 cup of milk and blend.
