Go to www.jelloshotz.com
there you will find step by step instructions
Follow this recipe
1 - 6 oz Box Jello
2 - cups Hot Water
1 - cup Vodka ( or other liquer)

Mix well. I recommend storing the alcohol you use in the freezer as it will help them chill faster. I also recommend using 2 oz little plastic cups with lids for easy storage and transport. (I made 300 for a wedding recently)

Use a coffee maker to heat the water (pour more water in as you take hot water out, that way you will always have hot water) Or u can use a big kettle of hot water.

Get a pitcher with a nice spout to make it easy to fill the jello shot cups.

I give all kinds of tips and suggestions on my site.

Vokda works will all flavors of jello
use tequila or gin in lime
Rum in Strawberry
Vanilla vodka in pineapple jello (with a dash of coconut extract, if you have it) makes a nice Pina Colada Jello Shot.

You can add more alcohol than the recipe above, but I would reduce the hot water some. I do think 1 cup alcohol is plenty personally, but you may want more. Too much alcohol and the jello shots aren't as enjoyable.

Despite all the others saying Vodka, I would recommend grain alcohol. Its cheaper and more potent. Of course there is the possibility of blindness from overexposure, but the odds of that happening from Jello shots are few and far between. 1 half gallon should cover you for at least 100 dixie cups worth. Depending on the size of your party adjust accordingly. This is pure income at a party, charge a buck a shot and watch the money roll in. Another option you may want to look into are 50 gallon garbage cans filled with Jungle Juice. If you use grain alcohol you can get away with 2-3 gallons for every 50 gallon drum. You sell different colored cups for those that want the Jungle Juice and charge 2 bucks more than the normal cover for these.

Replace the cold water in the Jello recipe with alcohol (but keep the boiling water). You can mix and match flavours- try Malibu with Pinapple & Orange Jello, or Vanilla Vodka with Strawberry Jello. I usually make Jello shooters in a big pan and then use cookie cutters to cut cute shapes, rather than make them in individual shot glasses (as I just don't have that many shot glasses).

i'm sure i'm a little late in responding, but i looove making jello shots for parties! anyway, all you have to do is replace the cold water with liquor. i sometimes use half cup of water and half cup of liquor so they're not THAT strong. and i use different liquors for different flavors of jello.

captain morgan spiced rum with strawberry jello
tequila for lime jello
parrot bay/malibu rum with pineapple, orange, any other fruity jello
flavored vodka with a fruity jello

AND, if you're looking for a way to keep it clean, i line up the cups on a cookie sheet and use a turkey baster to squirt the jello/liquor mix in the cups. that way, you can see that everything is equal and less mess. good luck and have fun!

This is the recipie:
Ingredients:
3 packages of JELL-O
3 cups of boiling water
2 cups of vodka
Instructions:
Dissolve 3 packages of JELL-O
in 3 cups of boiling water.
Stir in 2 cups of cold vodka.
Pour into cake pan, small cups, or Jiggler molds.
Refrigerate until firm (about 4 hours).

When I make them I sub Tequilla for the vodka as I really don't care for vodka. I love using blue jello! They are so yummmmy!!!

Use equal parts water and alcohol, or the Jello won't set up. Good ones are tequila and lime Jello, or rum and cherry or strawberry Jello. Mmm, I wish I was there!

very simple just replace some of the water with booze..vodka makes the best ones. i usaually use 1/4 booze with 3/4 water.or if your daring split it in half.try it and experiment with the amount..also try tequila with lemon jello..your guest will get a kick with that one..have fun and good luck

use half water half vodka - trust me it sitll comes out strong and its best if you use little plastic cups that hold about 1 oz that are sold at smart and final fill em up place em on a tray and put them in the fridge for refridgeration

some people use malibu rum instead of vodka for more of a fruity tropical flavor to change it up a bit.

You are trying to make money so don't add as much vodka as any recipe tells you too. also, don't put wc on it unless someone wants it- save the money, a lot of people don't like wc
