I have two questions and who ever answers this questions perfectly will win...
1) How do you remove lice?
2) What is this about wait ting for weeks until all the lice is gone when you use a special comb?

To remove lice, you can purchase a product otc at your drugstore such as quell, nix, pronto, etc. You can also buy a special comb and some products even include this comb. Be sure to also clean all the bedding and towels in hot water and vacuum any padded furniture as well every day until the infestation is cured. LIce can live for a day or so and their eggs can survive up to a week when OFF the human host so cleaning properly helps contain the possibility of re-investation or spreading hte lice to others.
As for the comb, you can buy special de-lousing combs. Follow the directions exactly. You also need to clean the comb frequently during the combing process. This process takes several hours a night and must be repeated every day until no more active lice are seen (will take several days, possibly a week). You comb one small section at a time.
Every day, be sure to clean all your combs and brushes to dispose of any lice or nits.

Head Lice is removed by applying a lotion that kills the live lice, and nits (eggs) are removed using a very fine toothed comb.
You have to wait for seven to ten days and then retreat to be sure that any nits that you may have missed that hatched are removed.

With a special shampoo that's for killing lice...
You use the damn comb to help get out the lice EGG'S!!

use the lice shampoo, u use the comb to get the nits out. however u use it after the shampoo. comb the hair in small sections to get them out with the "special comb."
u should also disinfect the bedding, all combs and brushes in home, and anywhere in the house that the hair comes in contact with!

Go get the kit from the pharmacy. Shampoo and kill the eggs, then use the comb to pull the eggs off the hair. Go slow, it's painful and a pain in the butt, however you need to get them all. Also use the matching spray on all bedding and material items, couch, carpets, pillows etc. No waiting 2 weeks just get it done asap!!

You can get NIX from the store... I also heard is sleep with mayonnaise in your hair wrapped in foil and it will kill them. You have to remove the eggs from the roots and they are super attached so you need a special comb.

1) You can put mayonaisse on your scalp...I dont know..cause I never had lice..just read about it ina book and thought it was weird...use real mayonaisee...kills lice..and wash it out good..remember to wash your sheets and pillow covers
2)Keep your scalp clean and get rid of the old comb!
