Dogs have surrounded me; a band of evil men has encircled me, they have pierced my hands and my feet. I can count all my bones; people stare and gloat over me. They divide my garments among them and cast lots for my clothing. Psalms 22:16-18
Can someone help me to understand the true meaning to all this please?

God, Jesus, and the Holy Ghost are one
So I am wondering if he was talking to Satan when he went to hell to get the key of death, or was he talking out loud to the human race around him?

This is prophecy/reference of Christs arrest and being nailed to the Cross. Dogs have surrounded me; a band of evil men has encircled me (these are the Jewish Priests and the Roman guards who arrest Jesus and call for his Crucifixion) They have pierced my hands and feet, I can count all my bones (ref to Jesus on cross - he was nailed to Cross in the hands and feet, yet none of his bones were broken) people stare and gloat over me ( the guards and Jewish priests mocked Jesus saying for him to save himself and mad fun of him) They divide my garments among them and cast lots for my clothing (the Roman guards stripped him of his clothing and threw lots (like dice) to win his clothing
As far as "Father forgive them they know not what they do" . .Even at the Cross, Jesus prayed for those Crucifying him as well as the future generations that would not chose to believe and and know him, the Messiah and Saviour.

The psalm is a messianic psalm about Jesus as you already know. It describes the Crucifixion of Christ and the evil people who were present that were mocking Him.
When Jesus cried out like that it was his human nature that was perplexed by God withdrawing from Him when Jesus was made sin for us on the cross and God's wrath was poured out on Him instead of us. In all of the rest of the gospel accounts Jesus always refers to God as his Father and not as God.

It's prophesying Jesus death on the cross. He was talking out loud to God. When Jesus took on the sins of the world, God turned His back on Jesus because He cannot look at sin.At that moment God forsake Jesus, that's why He called that out.

It is talking prophetically (pre-event) about Christ's crucifiction:
The dogs and evil men were the unbelieving Jews and Gentiles (band of soldiers)
I think the rest is self explanatory....
Mat 27:35 And they crucified him, and parted his garments, casting lots: that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, They parted my garments among them, and upon my vesture did they cast lots.

mostly Christians don't know what to believe anymore.
they couldn't find an explanation to this. so someone came up with the idea of dying for our sins theory. whoever came up with this idea forgot that God is able to forgive the sins of people without anyone die for the sin of others. God has forgave before in the old testimony.
in Islam. God saved Jesus soul and body. and the betrayer took all the punishment instead of him. maybe we should read little more about Islam.

It is the first few words of a psalm, and Jesus's last words as a human, except to say it is finished.
I remember a verse in Revelation. Something about two witnesses, lying in the street.

Firstly, Thank you for allowing me to respond to this Question.
secondly, with reguard to your Question. you may be asking because you are in doubt. which is completely normal.
because if you go to anyone and ask them to explain to you the trinity, they will not be able to give you an adequete answer.
Never once did Jesus (peace be upon him) claim to be God. If you look into the bible, if you have a red lettered one that highlights supposedly what Jesus has said, than never once will you find that he told his people to worship him. On the contrary, he said "Worship Thy Father Alone" i.e. worship God Alone.
Third of All, In Islam we believe in Jesus as a highly respected Prophet of Allah (God). just like Moses, Adam, Abraham, Noah, etc.
They All came with the same message : To worship the creator Alone.
Indeed, it is very blasphemous to say that Jesus Is God.
#1. Jesus was A human, and everyone will agree upon that. meaning he ate, slept, used the bathroom, etc. Things that Muslims Believe are not attributes fit for the Lord of the Universe, because he is free of all needs.
#2. The Christians believed that Jesus died on the Cross. How can God Die? if that were the case, than how can it be that he would be on the cross saying "Why have you forsaken me" to the one who is in heaven, if they were one in the same. and how is it that He knew he would die, but didnt know at the same time?
and if he died for 3 days, who was God during those 3 days?
nothing makes sense.
but everything in Islam Makes sense. wouldnt it be more logical that he were a Righteous Prophet of God, rather than God himself?
If you believe
1. that there is no object worthy of worship but Allah (God)
2. you believe in the angles
3. Heaven and hell
4. The Books that came before (the Old testament, Gospels, Quran)
5. you believe in the all the Prophets of God starting from Adam, including Moses, Jesus, Abraham, Noah, and Muhammad peace be upon all of them)
and finally
6. Divine decree.
than welcome to Islam.
Finally, if you do not wish to listen to anything i've said, at least do one thing which you have nothing to lose.
Seek guidance from God himself to guide you on the strait path, and see where it leads you.
I Swear by Allah, that if you Sincerely and whole-heartedly ask Him for Guidance to the truth. He will lead you to it.
you have nothing you lose.
I ask God to guide you all to the truth. ameen.

God can not look upon sin, so when Jesus was dying he died for ever sin that ever had and would be commited, therefore he was covered in sin and God could not look at all that sin and I personally dont think he could stand to see the pain his son was in but he knew that it had to be done so we might have the chance to be redeemed.

This is a prophecy of King David about one of his descendents, Jesus Christ. This was fulfilled when he was crucified. When the Jews spoke of dogs; this is what they called Gentiles. It is worthy of note that the people who crucified Him were Gentiles (Romans) and the evil men who took him to be crucified were Jews themselves.
